Champ Charters provides fishing enthusiasts with the only Full-Time Charter Service on Lake Champlain. Our chartered fishing excursions begin at Vermont's Burlington Harbor, the widest and central part of Lake Champlain. This area of Lake Champlain is noted for its Spring through late Summer fishing. Captain Paul has fished Lake Champlain for over 40 years and Chartered for the last 20+ years. Running the charter service Full-Time (Licensed by the United States Coast Guard) during the fishing season (May to September) allows the Captain. to stay with the fishing patterns and Hot Spots, which in turn makes your day more Enjoyable and Memorable.

Directions and Accommodations

There's a wide variety of Accommodations in the Burlington, Vermont area (See Holiday Inn, Burlington). Several major Hotels are located in and close to the Queen City of Burlington, Vermont.

The Home Port is the Burlington Boat House, next to the Spirit of Ethan Allen III. The drive is approximately 4 hrs. from Boston, Springfield, Worcester, MA, 6 hrs. from New York City and Bangor, ME, 3 hrs. from Manchester, NH, , Albany, NY, 5 hrs. from Augusta, ME, and 2 hrs. from Montreal.
